Ranging from Alaskan King Crab to Harvey Bay Scallops, the chef’s delivered a delicate and flavoursome degustation for our guests to indulge in. With intricate and sophisticated wine pairings to compliment the meals, diners were treated to both exotic and unique vinos from around the globe.
